So why not book onto a workshop and see for yourself!

Petals & Paint
A relaxed half-day creative retreat by the sea
This collaboration brings together seasonal floristry and loose floral watercolour in a calming and welcoming creative experience designed to help you slow down, unwind and reconnect with creativity.
We’ll begin the morning with a mindful floristry workshop where you’ll create your own beautiful vase arrangement using seasonal flowers and natural styling techniques. After a relaxed lunch break, Alina will guide you through painting your arrangement in expressive loose watercolour, exploring colour mixing, floral brushwork and organic composition in a beginner-friendly way.
This retreat is all about enjoying the process - taking time to notice colour, texture and movement while creating something beautiful with your hands.
You’ll leave with:
• Your own seasonal floral arrangement in a vase
• A framed floral watercolour painting
• A small mindfulness-inspired goody bag
• New creative skills and inspiration
Sunday 5th July
10.30am-2.30pm
The Old Net Loft, Brighton Seafront

Spring Wreaths
Come and make a beautiful Spring wreath
Back by popular demand! In this workshop we will make a gorgeous Spring wreath for you to hang on your door. You could even use it as a table centre or give it as a gift to someone else.
I will walk you through every step and demonstrate as we go, so no experience is necessary. Everything will be provided to make your wreath and we will work with wet moss, fresh flowers, foliage and bulbs.
I do not use floral foam so everything we use can be re-purposed or recycled.
Two dates are available so please include the relevant session details when registering your interest.
Friday 27th March - 1.00pm-3.00pm - BOOKING CLOSED
Saturday 18th April - 11.30am-1.30pm - 1 place left
Both workshops will take place in Westdene, Brighton and costs £40 per person.

Senses Jar
Come and make your very own senses jar.
New for 2026 and focussed on boosting your wellbeing; in this workshop you will learn how flowers, herbs, natural scents and colours support mood and focus.
You will create your own senses jar, using the herbs and flowers that appeal to you and your needs. This can then be placed on your desk or in a key part of your home, to continue bringing the benefits to you.
A calming, creative and thoughtful sensory experience that compliments your wellbeing.
This workshop will be taking place in February.
